Dr Chandra Reddy at Hope Center initiated a Christmas Party for his patients, spouses and caregivers in the field of oncology in the year 1993.

Generally the people with any sickness, particularly with the diagnosis of cancer are very depressed during the Holidays, especially Christmas time. In order to lift their spirits and share there feelings with similar diagnosed patients and knowing that “I am not alone in the fight against cancer”, Dr Reddy invites them to get together at this Christmas Party. He and his staff observed that over the last 9 years that this “get together” lifts their spirits and gives them positive attitude and prepares the mind over body strength to fight the cancer.

Our patients, friends and families enjoy lunch, entertainment and an educational program.

This year’s annual symposium will be held in December, by invitation only, at ISU Hulman Center. All patients and a guest will enjoy lunch followed by an educational program and entertainment. Dr Reddy and Dr Chakrabarti will be discussing the newest treatments available along with new and upcoming treatment options. We will bring our families to meet your family and celebrate the survival of life.

Finally Dr Reddy says that he sees both parent, who died in the fight against cancer, in every patient and it gives him great satisfaction in hosting the party.
