 Chandra
G. Reddy, MD, has been practicing cancer medicine in the Wabash Valley
over 14 years. After completing his formal training at Stony Brook,
New York, he chose to practice in this area because he identifies
with and appreciates the family values oriented culture of this area.
His work has been recognized by a number of awards for his compassionate
approach including Physician of the Year in 1999. |

 Ashis
K Chakrabarti, MD completed his residency in internal medicine at
the University of Massachusetts Medical School and at State University
of Brooklyn. He finished his fellowship in Hematology and Medical
Oncology at State University of New York. His excellent credentials
include elaborate training in clinical and laboratory Hematology in
United Kingdom and postgraduate training in Pathology. |

Angie graduated from Indiana State University and has been a RN for
9 years. Angie has previous expierence in family practice and oncology. When
not at work Angie enjoy's spending time with her two young sons.

 Carla
Edmonson, RN has 10 years experience in Oncology nursing. She has
an associate’s degree from Indiana State University School of nursing.
Her hobbies include reading, exercising and spending time with her
grandchildren. Her meticulous nature and attention to details make
her a valued member to our team. |

Dana Garcia, RN, is a graduate of Indiana
State University and is the newest addition to our nursing staff.
She also has a marketing degree form St Mary of the woods college.
We are very pleased to have her with our practice. She has worked
in home care the past 7 years and that experience is proving to be
a wonderful addition to our facility. |

 Diann
Barber, RN, OCN has been an RN for 16 years. She has worked in Oncology
for 14 years. She started the practice with Dr Reddy in 1993. She
enjoys watching her son play baseball. She in universally liked for
the individual attention she showers on all patients. |

 Exia
has a 2 year associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technician from
Ivy Tech State College and she also has 6 years of lab expierence. When
Exia is not a work she enjoy's spending time with her family.

 Jan
Welker, RN, OCN is nursing supervisor with 12 years Oncology experience.
She has an associate’s degree from Indiana State University School
of nursing. She specializes in the use of computer programs to provide
state-of-the-art care to our patients. Her energy and enthusiasm bring
out the best in everybody. |

 Mika
Cinotto, RHIT is practice administrator. She is a registered health
information technician. She has her coding certificate as well as
an associate’s degree in medical records technology. Mika helps
keep the Hope Center running smoothly with her dedication and enthusiastic
in her work. |

 Amy
Stewart is front office manager. She has excellent communication abilities.
Her charming and charismatic smile welcomes visitors to our center. |

 Anita
Hernandez is our receptionist. Her previous hospital experience has
proven to be an asset to our center. In her spare time Anita enjoys
spending time with her daughter. |

 Bobbi
Southwood is Accounting manger. She has attended Indiana Business
College (Accounting) and Ivy Tech State College (U.S. Healthcare Delivery
System). She worked in the Medical Billing/Accounting field for several
years. Her extraordinary knowledge in Medicare and Medicaid is an
asset to the billing department. She patronizes the nature by bird
watching, walking bicycling and she enjoys fishing. |

 Dawn
Garrett assists in billing and has several years of experience in
the medical field. Dawn is always willing to help out wherever needed
with her glowing smile. |
|
 Nancy
Moore is the Marketing/PR Manager. Her sunny smile helps with her
marketing duties along with all of her knowledge and experience at
the Hope Center. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her grand
children. |

 Ruby
Jeffers is a certified medical coder with 25 years experience in the
medical field. As part of our billing staff she performs various duties
and maintains our patient records. |
|
 Shirley
Austin, MS, RD, CD plays a very important role at Hope Center. As
our in staff nutritionist she is there to guide our patients with
valuable nutritional information and eating tips. |
|
 Amanda
Tyler has several years of experience in billing and other related
medical fields. When not working she enjoys spending time with her
family. |
|
 Geri
has been an LPN since 2003. She graduated from Ivy Tech State College
and is currently pursuing her RN degree and has experience in geriatrics
and med/surg.When not working Geri enjoys spending time with her family
and friends, working in her yard and continuing her education in Oncology.
